Everybody has to see this movie!

Song and video of the moment:

"Crossfire" by Brandon Flowers

Today, I went to CAA (Creative Artists Agency, for all you noobz) to drop off a package…
And yes, the building is as beautiful as it is in this picture..
Going there was everything I expected. Douchebags in Armani suits, sexy assistants in short skirts, and a Coffee Bean!
A perfect microcosm of LA, if I say so myself…

Life During Wartime

The new Todd Solondz movie comes out this Friday in Los Angeles. It’s been getting mixed reviews but I’ll still see it…

Pretentious Thing: The Criterion Collection
Being hip is already so expensive…In addition to $60 Sperrys, $200 skinny jeans, $9 cigs, and $70 Ralph Lauren Polos in every possible color, a hipster has to spend an additional $40 on a pretentious foreign film about socialism/dreams/the oppressed/whatever.
In addition to the price, the list of movies available on the Collection is just ridiculous. Yeah, I guess Godard and Ingmar Bergman films should be preserved…but what about classics such as Me, Myself, & Irene or Snow Dogs? I don’t see those titles getting a cool new cover or a re-print…
